A Pre-Purchase Inspection is done before you close on your new home.  This inspection is the best way to ensure that you are well informed on the condition of the home and will allow you to make an educated home-buying decision.

The 11 Month Warranty Inspection is for the homeowners that have purchased a new construction home.  Most builders provide a one-year warranty for new construction.  Before your Builder’s Warranty expires, order a home inspection to inform you on any deficiencies of your home.

Radon is a naturally occurring radioactive gas found in soils, rock, and water throughout the U.S.  Radon is the second leading cause of lung cancer in the U.S. according to the Surgeon General. Testing is the only way to know if your home has radon gas.  You cannot see, feel, smell or taste radon gas.  This 48 hour test will be completed by monitoring the radon concentration hour by  hour with the most advanced monitor available.

Before the homeowner list the home for sale, an inspection is done for the seller, whether you are selling your home on your own or using a realtor.  The pre-listing inspection will give the homeowner greater understanding of their home and any issues that need to be addressed before listing the home on the market.
